Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham to tape special at Landmark

Laughter is the best medicine. That and the fact that it's not too bad in large doses unlike what you find at any pharmacy. If you're a fan of shows on Comedy Central then you should be very familiar with the name Jeff Dunham. Hopefully by this time, you have your tickets for Jeff Dunham's fourth Comedy Central special Friday and Saturday at Richmond's Landmark Theater.

Both shows are sold out with Dunham showcasing his talents with characters like Achmed the Dead Terrorist, Bubba J the Redneck and Peanut as part of the 100-city "Identity Crisis" tour.

Dunham doesn't have a bad resume either considering the New York Times Magazine has called him "the most successful comedian working in America." Not impressed? The last two years he's been named in Forbes magazine's 100 Celebrity roster of the most powerful entertainer. Oh, and he has over 5 million fans on Facebook.

About Me

Why is the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland? What makes the year 1954 so important to music? If you want to know listen to the Time Warp on audio8ball.com. I'm Tim Torrance host of the Time Warp T/Th 9am-11am on audio8ball.com! In the Time Warp you can hear music from 1950-63. That's 14 years of music all on 1 show. What kind of music? On any given show you can hear JAZZ:Louis Armstrong or Nat King Cole. POP: Ritchie Valens or Frankie Avalon. BEBOP: Buddy Holly or Ricky Nelson. ROCK N ROLL: Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis or Little Richard. Wouldn't you like to hear some of the songs that changed music. There's a reason that you can find diners with a 50's theme. Music was evolving. Most of the parents didn't like the music...but that just made it that more tempting for teenagers. Listen to the Time Warp T/Th 9am-11am for stories behind the music of 1950-63, the music, maybe an Elvis impression, Satchmo, Jimmy Stewart, Rod Serling...but most of all for the MUSIC! MUSIC! MUSIC! T/Th 9am-11am PST only on audio8ball.com. Clean out your car some other time listen to music circa 1950-63 T/Th 9am-11am PST on audio8ball.com
